Idaho Sex Education disclosure and release form............
The School Board approved the use of two videos to satisfy the requirements of Idaho Code § 33-1637 and Board Policy 2320 Health and Human Sexuality Instruction, which says that any classroom instruction on human biology, contraception, or sexually transmitted infection in grades 5-12 must include two videos: 
  1. A brief high definition ultrasound of early fetal development
